"I found Ricardo on craigslist. He looked legit and even had a license. I needed a bunch of handywork done. Not only did he get everything done, he also did it in record time that included installing shelves, ikea cabinets and a bunch of other trinkets like toilet paper holder, bath hooks and other cabinets. he was very particular about not putting holes in my walls and used 2x4 wood chips and special screws to make sure everything held together..I would highly recommend him."

"Ricardo is a polite, hardworking, reasonably priced, family man with integrity. Arriving on-time, he quickly gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair our window and cabinet below our kitchen sink where there had been substantial water damage. He fixed the window and cabinet quickly and efficiently while my inquisitive five year old quizzed him about his tools and talented technique. He is very good with people, kids and his craft. My wife was thrilled and we have begun to discuss other things around our house for him to fix . "Ricardo is a wonderful handyman. He does gardening and building maintenance in our condo association. He is an excellent worker and does excellent quality work, very courteous and polite. He cares about his work. He has been working here for 8 years. Ricardo Prado has done work for me few times. He is very knowledgeable, very professional, polite, and respectful. He takes care of his customer's home as he would his own. He really cares. There is simply no better handyman, this is the best. And his prices are very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable about the proper plants to use and goes the extra mile in caring for them and for our building. Corrina is now doing the cleaning of our common areas inside the building.
